"If I have made even one child's soul happy, then I am satisfied."

The team of the Astrid Lindgren stage is committed to the credo of their namesake: Like the world-famous Swedish children's and teen book author Astrid Lindgren (1907-2002), our performances take the young audience into an imaginative world of adventure, poetry and music. Like the singing and playing characters on stage, we want to encourage children to stand by themselves and follow their imagination and curiosity carelessly. The Astrid Lindgren stage has 559 seats and shows own repertoire pieces by Astrid Lindgren as "Pippi Langstrumpf", "Mio, mein Mio" or "Der kleine Wassermann" after Otfried Preußler as well as guest performances from the music, dance and puppet theater area.

Let yourself be enchanted by a visit to the Astrid Lindgren stage. We look forward to you and your visit!
